BETR1 LAB is a Canadian wellness brand focused on thoughtfully formulated, science-informed supplements made with carefully selected ingredients and transparent formulas.
We currently ship throughout Canada. Shipping to the United States is not available at this time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 60 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective product.
For health, safety and quality-control reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If you believe your product is damaged, defective or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review it with you.

Yes. BETR1 offers wholesale accounts to approved health practitioners, wellness clinics, retailers and eligible e-commerce businesses. You can apply through the Wholesale link in the footer of our website. Applications are reviewed before approval, and approved accounts receive access to wholesale pricing.
BETR1 products are formulated without gluten-containing ingredients. However, unless specifically stated on the product label, they are not manufactured in a certified gluten-free facility.
Yes. BETR1 products are manufactured in Canada in facilities that meet Health Canada's GMP-compliant requirements. Our licensed natural health products have been reviewed by Health Canada and issued Natural Product Numbers (NPNs), which appear on the product label.
